Starbright Overlook South Neighborhood Association (SOSNA) an emerging dynamic community offering growing housing options quality education, economic opportunity, and surrounded by rural communities in the southern part of San Antonio, Texas.  The neighborhood association (NA) is a group of residents who advocate on behalf of their neighborhood and property owners on city government policies, rules, and regulations to improve and protect the quality of life within its neighborhood boundaries. SOSNA, as a registered neighborhood association, will be notified by the City about zoning cases, neighborhood plans, community plans, perimeter plans, sector plans, and sub-area plans.

Note: Neighborhood associations are not homeowner associations (HOA) who are groups of property owners with the legal authority to enforce rules and regulations that focus on property use restrictions and building and safety issues.
